Chocolate and Banana cake



We melt 250 grams of baking chocolate in bain marie. We cut the 3 bananas in strips and we mix them together with the baking chocolate and the remaining ingredients until the dough is homogenized. We place the mixture in a buttered form and we bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. For the glaze we put 100 grams of baking chocolate in pieces in very low heat and we add the dairy cream, while stirring frequently. After the mixture melts and is homogenized, we remove it from the heat and we let it cool down a bit. We pour the glaze into the cake and we decorate with banana slices.
