Grilled octopus


  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano


Clean the octopus, wash it and boil it over low heat until it absorbs the water. Then take it out of the fire and drain it, season with salt and pepper and after smearing it with a little olive oil, put it on the coals. When it is cooked, put it on the plate after it has been drizzled with oil and vinegar and sprinkled with oregano.
