Vegan Banana-Chocolate Cake


  • 500 gr Dikokko Flour MILLS OF CRETE
  • 350 ml agave syrup
  • 200 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 300 ml Oat Drink VERO CEREAL
  • 11 gr baking powder
  • 200 gr baking chocolate chopped in small pieces or drops
  • 100 gr cocoa
  • 3 chopped banana
  • 4 tablespoons grated banana chips

For the frosting:

  • 200 ml agave syrup
  • 20 gr cocoa


We put in a bowl all the ingredients of the dough except the grated banana chips and we mix very well. We spread with oil using a brush a cake pan, we flour it and we pour the mixture. We bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. When it’s ready, we let it to cool for 20 minutes before it is disinfected. In a bowl, we mix the glaze materials and we spread it over the cake. We spread with banana chips and we serve.
